About Rena Diem (She/Her)
Hello! I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with LifeStance Health, and I support individuals working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s everyday challenges. I believe each person has a unique story and path toward healing, and deserves to be heard in a safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering environment. Mental health struggles can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. My goal is for our work together to foster self-awareness, cultivate hope, and create a sense of security as you move forward.
I approach health from an integrative perspective, recognizing that navigating a complex, ever-changing world often requires a diverse set of tools and strategies. With an emphasis on medication management, treatment plans may also incorporate supportive therapy, lifestyle guidance, and recommendations for nutrition, herbs, and supplements.
I specialize in individuals ages 15 – 65 experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, and ADHD. I also work with those with a history of trauma, bipolar disorder, chronic health and pain disorders, and sleep disorders. As a former Certified Nurse Midwife, I am also knowledgeable in women’s health as well as pregnancy and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
