Madeline Wright, APNP, PMH, RN, helps patients across Colorado improve their mental health and quality of life through evidence-based, compassionate care. She provides comprehensive medication management and individualized therapy to help teens, adults, and seniors manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. With a patient-centered approach, Madeline empowers each person to take an active role in their treatment journey, fostering lasting emotional resilience and stability. Madeline is dedicated to helping patients navigate complex challenges such as trauma, substance use, and sleep disorders, offering treatment strategies that address both the mind and body. Her clinical expertise includes the use of mindfulness techniques and advanced interventions such as Spravato® (esketamine) therapy, which supports patients experiencing treatment-resistant depression. She also provides psychological testing to assist in accurate diagnosis and individualized care planning, ensuring every patient receives the most effective treatment for their unique needs. Madeline is especially passionate about supporting women facing postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as individuals coping with grief and major life transitions. She also works closely with those affected by eating disorders, emphasizing a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach that promotes healing, body acceptance, and self-compassion. Her experience with special populations, including first responders, military and veterans, and the LGBTQ+ community, enables her to provide culturally informed care tailored to the realities and stressors these groups often encounter. Outside of her professional work, Madeline enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking Colorado’s trails, skiing, running, and caring for her rescue dogs. She also loves reading, traveling, gardening, and exploring new foods, finding balance and joy in everyday experiences.
