I am very passionate about reducing the stigma associated with seeking mental health services. Lifestance and more importantly N.R Courtney Jones have given me a second chance at life. Before I met Courtney, I was medicated but my Dr. wasn’t listening to certain debilitating issues I was having. Courtney understood and took immediate action (after talking with me about the pros and cons of the meds) And she even follows up on what you talked to from the previous appointment (not that common) ! Awesome! Highly recommend.

I always have a Pleasant experience with my Provider, her Professionalism is above and beyond my expectations, everything is done in a timely manner, I have to mention the Office Staff as well they are Very Helpful when needed, and Provides a Friendly, Courteous Environment on the Telephone and in Person, Customer Service is excellent. I have no Complaints, Keep Providing Great Service and taking Care of me.

Wonderful! Their Mission is to enable me/us to be our BEST self from the head space down to our toes! Yes, for real. Mental well-being is the engine for our whole self, Pray! Eat! Exercise! Sleep! Whatever order you choose is fine, JUST DO IT!! 👍 Ms. Courtney Jones and her office staff are a bonus asset at LifeStance here in the Columbus, GA office. Making an appt was a breeze. Their customer service is exceptional. The receptionists always make me feel so welcome. My personal service provider, Dr. Courtney Jones, is amazing. She listens to me and is very intuitive. If I need to reschedule they are awesome about working with me on my work schedule. They make me feel like I’m important and I appreciate their time and attention to detail.

The doctor I seen today Courtney jones was real nice and helpful. She took plenty of time to listen to me and my concern’s. I didn’t wait a long time at all to see her. Everyone I came contact with before I got see to the doctor was so friendly and welcoming. The place was very nice. Especially the md and the woman that was working at the friend desk.
