I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jeff Harris today. Probably my best appointment ever. Before arriving I had already started to dread it and wished I had made an online appointment. Iā€™m so glad I didnā€™t. He was funny and personable. He made me feel relaxed and at ease. He listened and was just really cool. I canā€™t say enough great things about him. I was a VA referral. I wish I couldā€™ve started out with him. So much time wasted and he got straight to business. He didnā€™t try to medicate me with useless med that made me feel like Iā€™m just going through the motions. I was thinking Life Stance was going to be another place that just checked the block. Boy! Was I wrong. They got this right. I wish all my struggling battle buddies could cross paths with him at some point.

Jeffrey is one of the two best people at LifeStance. By A LONG SHOT. honestly I would not be a patient with lifestance if not for Jeffrey and Julie. Other providers, nope. You cannot get a practice manager to call you back about an issue. Honestly Julie was recommended by an office employee and Jeffrey was as well, but if you are just a new patient picking a provider or being assigned a provider, I mean, the MULTIPLE OTHER therapists and prescribers have been awful.

Had my first appointment today! From the first step in it was a calming/warming environment. The woman at the front desk had great eye contact and was exceptionally nice. Now to my actual visit with the doctor. He was kind and extremely helpful. Gave great advice and provided the proper medication he believed I needed. Five stars! I donā€™t think Iā€™ve had such an easy and uplifting experience at a doctors office.

I highly recommend Jeffrey Harris if you are looking for a psychiatrist . He listens to whatā€™s going on and helps you find out what the right medicine would work for you and if it doesnā€™t heā€™s willing to search for the right one until it does work. He takes the time with his patients and doesnā€™t rush. He also takes time to get to know his patients unlike a lot of other psychiatrists .

Jeffery Harris was able to zoom in immediately, and understood everything I said. He then proceeded to clearly explain what medication he proposed to recommend and why. It worked and I am extremely satisfied.

The staff are friendly. The provider is thoughtful in his approach to care, he listens without rushing, and asks for your input on the course of treatment he proposes. I recommend LifeStance to others.
