Good experience, better than I've had with any normal doctor. They respond quickly to messages through the portal, I've never had to fight with them to send my prescriptions over to the pharmacy, and never had to go weekends without my medicine just because they didn't send my prescriptions in when they were supposed to. The only problem I have had is that calling them can take a while, and it doesn't direct me to my local office and I have to go through a couple transfers to have my issue resolved. Using their portal provides a better experience than calling

Dr Palmer is one of the best physicians I've ever had. She listens, understands and expresses empathy. She genuinely cares about how you feel and makes a plan WITH you on how to improve your conditions. She is quick to fit you into her schedule when you are having an issue, and her staff is composed of some of the best people I've ever met. I would very much recommend Dr. Palmer to people who are nervous about seeking our psychiatric help as she has made the experience overwhelmingly positive.

Went to Dr Palmer in Fishers due to my schedule issues. She was phenomenal. She covered the things I wanted to talk about. She explained why certain things happen and some good explanations of a plan to help things. Very very Impressive. Highly recommend. She is just a genuinely nice person and professional provider!

Nice quiet and personal atmosphere. Front office staff has always been pleasant and accommodating. The PHREESIA check-in process on one’s smart phone is user friendly. Virtual check-in is easy. Office is in a nice professional office building. Parking is ample.
