Josie Weber, PMHNP, helps patients across Indiana find stability, healing, and renewed hope through compassionate and evidence-based psychiatric care. She provides medication management for children, teens, adults, and seniors, supporting individuals through every stage of life. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, or more complex conditions like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, Josie partners with patients to create personalized treatment plans that foster lasting well-being.

Josie has a special interest in helping people manage the challenges of post-partum depression and anxiety, sleep disorders, and PTSD/trauma. She also supports individuals navigating major life transitions, from adolescence through later life changes, offering both understanding and clinical expertise. By addressing mental health needs with care and precision, she empowers patients to regain balance and improve their quality of life.

She is especially dedicated to serving diverse populations, including those in adoption and foster care, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders, and first responders, military members, and veterans who face unique mental health challenges. Her work extends to supporting women’s mental health and the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring that every patient feels seen, valued, and supported.

Outside of her work at LifeStance Health, Josie enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, hunting, playing softball, watching movies, and being active in her church community. She also finds joy in reading and exploring the outdoors.
