I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at LifeStance! Kimberly is kind, laid back, trustworthy, and empathetic, in addition to being very knowledgeable. She gives me options with pros and cons and lets me make my own decisions regarding med changes. I would recommend Kimberly to anyone looking for psych support that feels most comfortable collaborating with a younger woman (she’s perfect for me since I am a young woman). In my appointments with Kimberly, she remembers what I tell her and follows up on life events I have mentioned at previous appointments (I know she also charts/documents this stuff, but she also remembers little details I mention). When I meet with Kimberly, I feel like I’m catching up with a friend, but I also respect that she has much more knowledge about psych meds than I do. I could not ask for a better provider to help guide me through my psych journey!!
