Jane Correa-Segarra helps teens and adults across Massachusetts manage mental health concerns with compassionate, individualized psychiatric care focused on stability, healing, and long-term wellness. As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at LifeStance Health, she provides medication management for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, mood disorders, and other emotional or behavioral health challenges. Jane creates a supportive and judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and actively participating in treatment decisions.

Jane is especially passionate about treating anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD and trauma-related conditions, and mood disorders. She understands that mental health symptoms can affect every aspect of a person’s life, including relationships, sleep, work performance, and self-esteem. Her approach combines evidence-based psychiatric treatment with thoughtful collaboration and education, helping patients better understand their symptoms while building practical strategies for improved emotional health and daily functioning.

In addition to her core areas of focus, Jane has experience supporting individuals navigating grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, insomnia, childhood behavioral concerns, and life transitions. She is committed to providing culturally sensitive and affirming care and has experience working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. While medication management is her primary service, she also emphasizes the importance of whole-person wellness and individualized treatment planning tailored to each patient’s unique goals and experiences.

Jane earned her education from Regis College and Becker College and began practicing in 2025. Her clinical style is collaborative, empathetic, and focused on helping patients feel empowered throughout their mental health journey.

Outside of her professional work, Jane enjoys traveling, cooking, music, dancing, and spending quality time with family and friends. She values connection, balance, and creating meaningful experiences both personally and professionally.

Jane Correa-Segarra provides virtual psychiatric medication management services throughout Massachusetts through LifeStance Health.
