Dana Mars helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors across Massachusetts navigate mental health challenges with compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care and medication management at LifeStance Health. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and prescriber with more than a decade of clinical experience, she works collaboratively with patients to support emotional wellness, symptom stabilization, and improved quality of life. Dana provides care for individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and additional mental health conditions while creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard and respected.

Dana is especially passionate about supporting individuals with ADHD, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related concerns. She understands how these conditions can affect relationships, school performance, work responsibilities, sleep, and overall daily functioning. Her approach is patient-centered and grounded in thoughtful medication management tailored to each individual’s goals, strengths, and life experiences. She also has experience supporting patients managing bipolar disorder, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief, and later-life transitions, among other mental health concerns.

She values inclusive and affirming care and has experience working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and those with developmental disabilities. Dana strives to build strong therapeutic relationships that encourage trust, collaboration, and long-term emotional wellness. In addition to English, she also speaks Haitian Creole, allowing her to connect with and support a broader range of patients and families.

Dana earned her education through Wilkes University, the University of Massachusetts Boston, and Boston College. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2011, she has remained committed to helping patients achieve greater balance and stability through personalized psychiatric treatment.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys dancing, going for walks, traveling, and exploring different cultures through food and music. She also loves cooking new recipes and spending meaningful time with family and friends.

Dana Mars provides psychiatric medication management services for children, teens, adults, and older adults throughout Massachusetts through LifeStance Health.
