Helping patients across Massachusetts navigate emotional challenges with confidence and clarity, Stephanie Bettencourt provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care through medication management at LifeStance Health. She works collaboratively with teens, young adults, and adults to better understand their symptoms, develop effective treatment plans, and support long-term mental wellness. Stephanie strives to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.

Stephanie is especially passionate about helping individuals who are living with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. She understands how these conditions can affect academic performance, work, relationships, self-esteem, and overall quality of life. By taking the time to understand each patient’s unique experiences and goals, she develops personalized treatment strategies that help patients build stability, strengthen coping skills, and achieve meaningful progress.

In addition to her focus on ADHD, anxiety, and depression, Stephanie provides care for a variety of mental health concerns, including bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma-related conditions, sleep disorders, grief, childhood behavioral concerns, and psychosis-related disorders. She works with adolescents, teens, and adults, recognizing that mental health needs evolve throughout different stages of life. Her approach emphasizes open communication, education, and partnership, ensuring patients feel informed and involved in their treatment decisions.

As a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse, Stephanie combines clinical expertise with a thoughtful and patient-centered approach to care. She earned her education from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and began practicing in 2026. Her goal is to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of their mental health while identifying practical solutions that support lasting well-being.

Outside of her clinical work, Stephanie enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with family and friends. These experiences help her maintain a balanced perspective and reinforce the importance of connection, resilience, and personal fulfillment.
