Charmaine Adegeye, PMHNP, helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Michigan navigate mental health challenges with confidence and clarity through compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care at LifeStance Health. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and prescriber, she partners with patients to better understand their symptoms and develop individualized treatment plans that support long-term emotional wellness. Through medication management, she helps patients improve stability, daily functioning, and overall quality of life. Charmaine specializes in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, and depression, while also providing care for individuals experiencing other mental health concerns. She takes a collaborative and patient-centered approach, creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to participate in their treatment decisions. Her goal is to help each patient build the tools and resilience needed to achieve meaningful progress. She is especially passionate about helping individuals manage ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Whether a child is struggling with attention and focus, a teen is experiencing overwhelming stress, or an adult is coping with persistent mood symptoms, Charmaine works closely with patients and families to identify effective treatment strategies. She also has experience treating bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma-related concerns, sleep disorders, and additional psychiatric conditions. Outside of her clinical work, Charmaine enjoys yoga, biking, swimming, and riding. Her commitment to personal wellness reflects her belief that mental and physical health are closely connected and both play an important role in overall well-being. Charmaine earned her education through Wayne State University, Wayne County Community College District, and South University, building a strong foundation in nursing and psychiatric care. She is dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services and medication management for children, adolescents, teens, and adults throughout Michigan.
