Jen McConnell, PMHNP, is dedicated to helping individuals in Michigan navigate their mental health challenges and achieve a better quality of life. Serving patients across a wide age range, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, Jen offers a comprehensive approach to care that includes individual therapy and medication management. Her expertise extends to treating conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression, with a focus on providing personalized, evidence-based solutions that empower her patients to thrive. Jen is passionate about helping individuals struggling with ADHD, PTSD/trauma, and anxiety. She understands the complexities of these conditions and utilizes tailored strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to help her clients build resilience and regain control over their lives. Her patient-centered approach fosters a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, making it easier for individuals to address their challenges and embrace meaningful change. In addition to her specialties, Jen has significant experience addressing issues related to childhood behavior concerns, bipolar disorder, and sleep disorders. She also works closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those in the adoption or foster care system, the LGBTQ+ community, and first responders. Outside of her practice, Jen enjoys indoor cycling, listening to podcasts, reading, and exploring forensic and true crime shows.
