I had my first appointment today and it was an extremely good experience. I’m always very nervous meeting a new provider, but the thing I liked the most is that she took her time with me and I never felt rushed. She asked a lot of questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the issues I was having. I felt comfortable being open with her and never felt judged. I felt like my input was valued and I was playing an active role in the treatment planning and process. She made sure I understood the plan moving forward and didn’t hesitate to answer all of my many questions and let me know that she’s available if I have any concerns prior to our next appointment. I’m incredibly glad that I called the office!
