I attend virtual meetings with a nurse practitioner psychiatrist who listens, remembers, is uplifting and considers my total health. She is also knowledgeable about supplements to assist full benefits of medication. LifeStance uses efficient technology to remind of appointments, payments, video, etc. their portal is a little clunky but they do care about feedback to make improvements. I’ve always received quick and kind responses when calling for assistance. I highly recommend them!

I love Dr. Watts!!! She makes me feel better every session!! She goes above and beyond!! This comment is not for Dr. Watts, it's for your portal system: I WON'T USE IT!!! ANY COMMENTS I PUT THERE FEEL LIKE THEY GO TO A BLACK HOLE, NEVER TO BE SEEN OR HEARD FROM AGAIN!! FIX IT, OR GET RID OF IT!!!

Dr. Watts is extremely well educated on all the medications I take. She knows all of the possible interactions, side effects and possible substitutions. She is often able to recommend alternatives to medications that don’t agree with my stomach. She is also a good listener and very kind.

Luann Watts is tremendous. She goes beyond my mental health. She is so smart when it comes to all things medical also recommends natural supplements . Much thanks to her for recommending a rheumatologist. They performed a food allergy test and found I have 88 food allergies. Ouch
