First appt. With frank and we were able to hit on alot and make alot of progress toward how to handle my anger and mindset of how I react to things. Lots of knowledge and techniques discussed another appt a week from today acnt wait to get at it and be a better person than can control my strong emotions and rebuild my own foundation for my family. Very uplifting and encouraging even when I started the meeting in a depressive state of mind by the end I knew what to try to fix it how to keep thoughts out of my head and how to retrain my brain to do so!

Mary was a great listener and was able to give me a response to every.issue. She also asked questions I didn't even think of about my health. She explained the purpose of each medication and what affect it will have on me. I was very pleased with her. The best thing about Mary is that I felt heard and she didn't rush my visit . That's rare anymore. Very pleased!

Dr Yousef actively listens to me and I never feel rushed or misunderstood. My health is important to him and i feel he is not just "filling prescriptions" or "going through the motions". I feel well informed as he explains medication and options clearly. I feel he has a broad, thorough understanding of mental health care. Im better for having him for my doctor.

Dr. Curtis Leipold is really cool and a “down to earth” guy. I’m not a talkative person but for some reason I have no problem talking to him. He doesn’t interrupt at all which I love. He doesn’t pry into you unless he can tell something is wrong. It’s kind of like talking to a friend that’s really smart. I highly recommend him. A+++

LifeStance office was very clean, easy to find. The gal in the office taking my insurance card and license was very nice and through. My Therapist Mrs Watts was a kind person trying to grasp everything in. She listened with her heart and I trusted her. I am blessed to think she was a good fit to help me feeling better again about life.

I felt seen and connected with Janelle Wilkey. I have struggled with psychiatry in the past. I didnt feel like they really saw what I was going through even hiding because I didnt feel like I was heard. Janelle is the exact opposite! She saw me and heard me and understood what I was going through. Highly recommend her!
