Every person I talked to was very good at helping patients. Anytime Dr Meland is on board I know it's the very best group to use for mental health.

Dr Meland is truly one of the nicest people, (let alone doctors) that I have ever met. He listens and he cares about his patients. He is non judgmental, a great problem solver and very empathic. I've only had one appointment so far with Chelsea and I must say she is a lovely human being. Navigating raising an autistic child can often be confusing and lonely. My husband and I were quite relieved to hear the feedback from a trained professional that we're doing alright. Phew! We're excited to keep seeing Chelsea to help guide us...
I had to go through a few clinicians who were insensitive before finding one I could work with, but once I did, she's been great. The telehealth system they use doesn't work well for me, and sometimes I can't hear because it cuts out so much, so I would like that to improve. Overall, though, I don't plan on leaving...
It was convenient to be able to switch my in person appointment to a Telehealth appointment. This works both ways…when LifeStance Staff need to work from home and when patients need to talk from home. This is the only good that came from the pandemic.
Except for a small communication misstep I was very impressed. I am a 70 year old male we go has some challenging psychological problems particularly hepatic encephalopathy. I sensed a doctor who is going to help me and I’m greatly relieved. I feared something else but the doctor put me at ease. I have hope instead of despair.
