Awesome...I have my entire adult life had some sort of therapy for various reasons...and have never had a bad experience...I can actually tell you that Stephanie is great...I look for things tell tell signs of active listening and feedback from therapy, talk therapy especially. She has skills...I can not speak on the entire place but I suspect that they all share skill related information and things so I doubt anyone of the therapists there would be bad...mine is good...I will continue to go...and gain all the skills and insight to self awareness and change I can while here...God bless 🙌

I absolutely LOVE lifestance! I want to make super loud noise for Carly Smith. She's amazing and doesn't make you feel rushed, embarrassed, she takes her time and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I was totally against therapy for a long time and when I finally decided to do it, she's the first one that lifestance matched me with and with how difficult it is to find a therapist that clicks with you... I was amazed. I couldn't believe I got so lucky. Definitely need to see if she has any openings if you're looking.

Never had to get mental health but with things in my life went astray I got there number and I was scared at first I had a appt within a day and had my first meeting my counselor within two days they put me at ease right away and I started to open up I know it's early but I'm so excited to take this journey so I can start to heal and go on . If your looking for help this is the place to go there all over which is awesome here to a better mental health we all need it once in awhile to put life back on order.

I have been a member of Life Stance for about 7 years maybe more. They were close to me when I lived in their area but, I like my therapist so much that I opted for teletherapy so I could keep both of these special women in my life! They really are wonderful and continue to listen to my issues, always being positive with every appt, especially with rescheduling my appts and most of all, being friendly, professional and kind to me! I hope to keep both of my therapists! I would recommend them to anyone!

I just began services with LifeStance through telehealth and it was a great experience. Not only did the video work without any glitches, making the appointment, completing paperwork and accessing their program was user friendly. Nicole Nichols was professional, personable, informative, well versed with medication and even suggested gene testing to determine what medications would work best for me. It was a great experience and I will be recommending LifeStance to others.

Having panic attacks and constant anxiety I needed a place that could get me in quick and they had availability next day and all week. I really just needed to vent and feel heard and Carly was great and offered reassurance and solutions. This place has multiple therapists that fits your needs so even if you don't click with one they will for sure have someone that works for you. Thankfully Carly was a perfect fit for me. Highly recommend!
