Anna Tran is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Missouri who has been practicing since 2020. Anna Tran is the most caring psychiatrist I’ve ever met, and she is so incredibly good at what she does. My son has been struggling with trichotillomania along with his ADHD and autism. We met with top specialists and no one seem to take the time and care to help him. They just kept throwing on more and more medications and not listening to us. We came to Anna because of her reputation in the Psychiatry space. She spent time with my son, let him be himself and really paid attention. After three visits, and a change in medications he is no longer pulling his hair and his anxiety is much better. She doesn’t even understand the positive impact this has had on his life as well as mine as his mother, we can’t thank her enough. Anna is truly amazing at what she does!

When I first went into Anna Tran's office I don't even remember or know how I got there. At that time in my life I was seeing a different psychiatrist, I was not on the right meds and the meds I was on was poisoning me. I could of been in a wheelchair or dead if I wouldn't of made it to her. She WAS my last line of defense and she tackled the problem. Looking back I probably should of been fired as a patient. She literally saved my life. I wouldn't be were I'm at now if it wasn't for the huge heart she has, and her LOVE for her career. She is a straight shooter, and no amount of money in the world I would take over what she has done for me mentally. If you need a psychiatrist who cares then Anna is the one.

Anna has been the best mental health provider I have ever had. She takes time to listen and really understand my symptoms. She doesn't just throw meds at me, but makes changes thoughtfully and is always able to explain why. She also makes sure I understand how the medications work and taught me to advocate for myself. She also did genetic testing to figure out why certain meds weren't working. My mental health has completely changed and improved my quality of life since working with her. I only wish that I had met her earlier!!

My daughter and I have been very impressed with Anna Tran. She takes the time to explain the underlying concepts of what is happening, showing genuine care. She approaches her practice holistically, considering the whole person rather than just symptoms. Her follow-up is careful and thorough, ensuring that we feel supported throughout the process. She is an excellent prescriber, and combines her medical expertise with an understanding and kind manner of communication. My daughter feels truly heard and understood.

Highly recommend! Anna Tran relates, listens and truly cares about my well-being along with my two siblings whom are also of patients of hers. I cannot thank her enough for getting me stabilized on the proper medications. She gave me my life back, I love myself and enjoy everyday. I wake up with purpose and positivity. Anna Tran has been such a blessing on my quality of life as well as my two siblings. The staff at Lifestance are professional and lovely people that also listen and care.

What can I say except how truly amazing this place is—especially Anna Tran, NP! She has been such a blessing in our lives. Her care has helped my kiddo in ways I never thought possible. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, understands her patients so well, and has a unique ability to connect. I love that she’s honest and doesn’t sugarcoat things, yet she delivers everything with kindness and compassion. She’s been able to help in ways other doctors simply haven’t.
