I absolutely love my provider, with her I felt heard and understood. She took her time to ask the right questions and find a solution that works best for me. She answered all of questions and concerns in a timely manner whenever I reached out to her. Under her care although I haven’t been seeing her for a long time, I am already having better days and managing life better. She’s helped me so much in the short time that I’ve been in her care. Having to start over with a new provider is not something I am looking forward to. To hear that she will no longer be with the practice after July 31, 2026 is heartbreaking because finding a provider like her around here (Denver, Nc ) is like finding a unicorn. (Out of respect to Her I will not provide her name because I’m not sure if she has mentioned it to other patients of hers.)

Erika was great! My experience with her was reassuring. From the beginning, she made me feel calm, safe, and genuinely heard. I never felt rushed or dismissed. She took the time to understand me as an individual, which allowed me to build trust and confidence that she would create a thoughtful, personalized medication management plan. I left the appointment feeling clearer, more grounded, and slightly more hopeful about the future. Working with life stance has been a game changer for me and my mental health... I. Wennt from being. Treated. Like a nnumber on a timeclock who had no compassion and just typed away on the computer without engagement into what i had to say....
