Taquita is the BEST psychiatrist I’ve ever had!! I love love love her as a person and my doctor. She’s the first psychiatrist I’ve ever had that actually went over all my questions in the beginning and answered each one and then went over all my medications one by one telling me what they were used for, what I was taking it for specifically and then whether it was necessary or helping me. Also the first doctor I’ve had that wanted me to STOP taking certain meds rather than prescribing me 3 different new ones. Can’t recommend her enough!

After waiting MONTHS for a referral to come through, someone told me about Lifestance. I was able to book an appointment with them quickly and working with Dr.Milner has been a DREAM! She listens and truly cares about her patients. I've referred my family friends and coworkers to her and Lifestance. 10/10 best decision ever!

Taquita Made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my visit. She is friendly and welcoming. There is very little wait time. She is knowledgeable and professional, and I would recommend her to everyone I know. I would not hesitate to see her again for future needs highly recommend LifeStance.

The quickest no-nonsense knowledgeable doctor that I have seen so far in my ADHD diagnosis journey. She was concise to the point she knew what she was talking about and she understood my confusion and explain things to me in a way that made sense. It was so refreshing talking to her!
