About Veronica Lowe (She/Her)

Veronica Lowe helps adults and older adults gain clarity, stability, and confidence as they navigate mental health challenges and life transitions. As a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse at LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for patients throughout New York. Veronica works collaboratively with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans that support emotional wellness, symptom management, and improved quality of life. Her clinical approach is rooted in understanding the whole person, not just a diagnosis. Veronica specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and ADHD, helping patients address concerns that may be affecting their relationships, careers, daily functioning, and overall well-being. Through a combination of medication management, therapeutic support, and practical coping strategies, she empowers patients to make meaningful and sustainable progress. In addition to these areas, she also provides care for a broad range of mental health conditions and concerns. Veronica is particularly passionate about helping individuals facing anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She understands that these conditions can present differently from person to person and often impact multiple aspects of life. Her goal is to help patients better understand their symptoms, strengthen resilience, and develop effective tools for managing stress, improving focus, and enhancing emotional health. She values creating a welcoming and judgment-free space where patients feel comfortable discussing their experiences and goals. Her treatment style incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and Christian counseling when aligned with a patient’s preferences and values. Veronica provides medication management and supports adults experiencing challenges such as grief, later-life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health conditions. She also offers Psychological Testing as part of her comprehensive approach to care. Veronica earned her degree from Molloy College and has built her practice around the belief that effective mental health treatment combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion. She is dedicated to helping patients feel supported throughout every stage of their mental health journey. Outside of work, Veronica enjoys traveling and reading. These interests allow her to continue learning, exploring new perspectives, and maintaining balance in her personal life.
