About Liz Pfalzgraf (She/Her)

Elizabeth Pfalzgraf is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a strong educational foundation and diverse clinical experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology, as well as both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Kent State University. Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Elizabeth has worked across outpatient, inpatient, and community mental health settings, with a focus on medication management.

In addition to her clinical practice, Elizabeth is committed to shaping the future of nursing through her role as an educator for undergraduate nursing students.

She provides care for individuals ages 6 to 64 and specializes in medication management for a range of mental health conditions, including, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, depressive disorders,post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), autism spectrum disorders (ASD)and schizophrenia.

Elizabeth takes a compassionate, evidence-based approach to care, aiming to support patients in achieving stability and improved quality of life.

I go through life stands for both my therapy and psychiatry. It has been nothing but a blessing both my therapist and psychiatrist are very easy to talk to. They actually listen And find the right plan for you. I had extreme panic and anxiety before I started therapy and psychiatry life stance. And though I’m still in the middle of my journey of feeling and being normal again. I would say my anxiety and panic are almost near gone. After a few months.

Liz is great! She has helped me more in the short time working with her versus past therapists. I’ve always been pleased with Lifestance but after my therapist left I wasn’t sure what to expect. I couldn’t be more than happy that I was introduced to Liz! She listened to me and really has helped me with my issues! Totally recommend her and Lifestance!

My psychiatrist was so sweet she listened to my needs and put me on medication that i was familiar with. She didn't guinea pig me into taking medicine that had list of side effects. After 1 month I'm already feeling better and my life is changing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE and Elizabeth :)

Lifestance is easy to work with. The portal is easy to use, and the tel-a-health system rocks! NP Pfalzgraf was delightful to talk to and approachable about problems. She was straight forward about things and told me both sides of things (benefits vs risk).
