Windy Hawkins helps adults throughout Ohio manage mental health challenges through compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. As a provider at LifeStance Health, she offers medication management services for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, and other behavioral health concerns. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, respect, and individualized treatment planning, helping patients feel supported as they work toward greater emotional stability and improved quality of life.

Windy has a particular interest in supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital and those participating in court-ordered treatment programs. She understands that these transitions can be complex and emotionally demanding, often requiring consistent support, thoughtful medication management, and coordinated care. Her goal is to help patients establish a strong foundation for recovery, maintain progress, and develop the confidence needed to move forward successfully.

Her clinical focus includes the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, and depression, while also providing care for individuals experiencing bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma-related concerns, psychosis, substance use disorders, and life transitions. Windy incorporates mindfulness-based strategies alongside psychiatric medication management to promote overall wellness and help patients develop greater awareness of their emotional and behavioral patterns. She also provides care for additional mental health conditions based on each patient’s unique needs.

Windy is committed to creating an inclusive and affirming environment for all patients, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. Since beginning her psychiatric practice in 2025, Windy has focused on delivering patient-centered care that recognizes the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health. She is dedicated to helping individuals gain the tools and support needed to achieve lasting wellness and meaningful personal growth.

Outside of her professional work, Windy enjoys traveling, reading, creating art, and spending time with her loved ones. These interests help her maintain balance and inspire the creativity, curiosity, and connection she brings to her work with patients.
