I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience working in inpatient psychiatry, corrections, and outpatient telehealth. I help treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders, with a focus on clear communication and individualized care. My goal is to create a supportive space where patients feel comfortable talking about what they’re going through. I take a collaborative approach and often combine medication management with education and practical strategies to help improve daily life and overall well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, traveling, going for walks, cooking, reading, and being with our fur baby. I also enjoy learning new things and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
