Dr. Horn is one of the kindest, most compassionate and nonjudgmental providers I’ve ever met. He was so down to earth, sympathetic, supportive and genuinely caring. He creates a safe space for you to be open and honest while still giving you his professional advice. You can tell he’s passionate about his work and actually likes helping his patients. I am beyond thankful that I made an appointment with him. 10/10 would recommend him over and over again.

He is so kind, attentive and has given great recommendations for medications. I have a really difficult time opening up and explaining my feelings to anyone, especially complete strangers. Each time I've visited with a specialist I always felt that they truly cared for and about me. They are very professional and understanding, and they will do what needs to be done when you are suffering and are in obvious need of professional help.
