Everyone that I have interacted with has been friendly, helpful, personable, and professional. They take time check in with you and are great at keeping you updated with information dealing with your treatment. I’ve been given multiple options during my treatments including all the relevant information allowing me to make my own decisions. I recommend them to people all of the time. I love it here. Their services literally saved my life. The staff is friendly and attentive. I’m sad to see the bad experience on here when mine have been so positive. I will however, agree with the phone situation but I just chalk that up to being busy. Their billing could use some work also but I just keep up on my co- pays so I figure they’ll catch up soon or later it doesn’t really bother me.

I’ve been going to Lifestance since October 2018. I’ve always been treated with kindness, & respect. They have always taken the extra time to check in with me, & the experience there during my infusions makes me feel calm & relaxed. If you are interested in using ketamine for your mental health needs, this clinic is definitely where you want to go. So very thankful for them.

Dr. Plata is a thorough doctor and well versed in knowing medications. Lifestance is good about reminding patients of their appointments 10 days in advance so patients can confirm them. They are prompt and friendly when answering phones and a great place to have as your mental health provider.
