About Christina Castillo (She/Her)
Christina Castillo helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigate emotional challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop practical skills for lasting mental wellness. At LifeStance Health, she serves patients throughout Oklahoma, providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and families seeking support with concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, and depression. Through a warm and collaborative approach, she works to create a safe environment where clients can better understand themselves, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Christina provides individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of each person she serves. She has experience helping clients manage ADHD, anxiety, and depression while also supporting individuals facing a variety of additional mental health concerns. Her therapeutic style is focused on helping clients identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop healthier patterns that support success at home, school, work, and in relationships. Christina is particularly passionate about helping individuals recover from the effects of trauma and PTSD. She understands how traumatic experiences can impact emotional well-being, relationships, self-esteem, and daily functioning. By providing a supportive and structured therapeutic environment, she helps clients process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and move toward healing with greater confidence and hope. Her clinical approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She may also draw from other evidence-based strategies to meet each client’s needs. Whether working with children experiencing behavioral challenges, teens navigating life transitions, or adults facing emotional difficulties, Christina strives to provide practical tools that foster lasting change. Christina earned her degrees from Mid-America Christian University and Southern Nazarene University. She is also able to provide services in Spanish, helping increase accessibility and comfort for Spanish-speaking clients and families. Outside of her professional work, Christina enjoys reading and values lifelong learning, recognizing that personal growth and curiosity are important components of overall well-being.
