At LifeStance Health, Jill McGinley helps adults and older adults navigate mental health challenges with a compassionate, evidence-based approach that combines thoughtful psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and therapeutic support. She serves patients throughout Pennsylvania, providing care for individuals seeking help with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as well as other complex mental health concerns. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress toward their personal wellness goals. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and prescriber, Jill works collaboratively with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their needs, strengths, and life circumstances. She provides medication management and incorporates therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies to help patients build resilience, improve coping skills, and enhance daily functioning. In addition to her primary areas of expertise, she also provides support for a variety of other mental health conditions. Jill is especially passionate about helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She understands how these conditions can affect relationships, work performance, self-esteem, and overall quality of life. Her treatment approach emphasizes practical solutions, education, and ongoing collaboration so patients can better understand their symptoms and develop effective tools for long-term success. She has experience working with a diverse adult population, including military members and veterans. Jill values building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, respect, and open communication, recognizing that every person’s mental health journey is unique. Jill earned her education through Aria Health School of Nursing, Walden University, and Penn State. Her clinical background has provided her with extensive training in psychiatric assessment, medication management, and evidence-based mental health treatment. Outside of her professional practice, Jill enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her family. These activities help her maintain balance and reflect the importance of connection, wellness, and personal fulfillment.
