At LifeStance Health, Mark Patterson provides compassionate medication management and mental health support for adults and seniors throughout Pennsylvania. He works collaboratively with patients to help them better understand their symptoms, stabilize their mental health, and improve daily functioning. Mark treats a wide range of conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, and depression, while also supporting individuals experiencing bipolar disorder, PTSD/trauma, and other complex psychiatric concerns. His approach is grounded in evidence-based care and individualized treatment planning that respects each patient’s unique goals and experiences. Mark is especially passionate about helping individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital and are navigating the transition back into everyday life. He understands that this period can feel overwhelming and works closely with patients to promote stability, continuity of care, and long-term wellness. Through thoughtful medication management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-informed strategies, and mindfulness techniques, Mark helps patients build confidence, manage symptoms, and reduce the risk of future crises or hospitalization. He provides care for adults across multiple life stages, including young adults, working professionals, older adults, and seniors. Mark also has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and military veterans, recognizing the importance of culturally sensitive and affirming mental health care. In addition to treating common mental health concerns, he offers support for grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychosis/schizophrenia, sleep disorders, and psychiatric-oncology needs, among other conditions. Outside of his clinical work, Mark enjoys exercise, reading, and hiking with his wife and their two dogs. These personal interests help him maintain balance and reinforce the importance of physical and emotional wellness in everyday life.
