Roseanne, a psychotherapist (LICSW) & nurse practitioner (APRN-BC), values a comprehensive approach to mental health. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, and graduated with an MSN from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute for Health Professions. She is a member of the nursing honor society, Sigma Theta Tau. Her focus is on helping individuals realize their positive attributes as they strive for improved health, wellness & healing. While medication is an important component of treatment, she offers a holistic approach to mental health, which promotes healthy lifestyle choices such as proper nutrition, helpful sleep habits and exercise. She works closely with patients to address their mental health concerns and priorities for treatment. She helps people set goals and manage their psychiatric medication as well as providing education to assist them in accessing tools and resources to improve their lives. Her practical and integrative approach includes mindfulness, self compassion and behavioral interventions within a psychodynamic framework. She assists patients in discovering and applying their internal, natural, academic and community supports toward a healthier life.
