Ally was absolutely incredible and made me feel seen. My previous psychiatrist was strictly medication management, so it was very refreshing to be able to actually talk about my life and struggles with someone who very clearly cares and wants to help.

Ally is really nice and easy to talk to! My previous provider left lifestance and I was a little nervous wondering who my new provider would be, but Ally made me really comfortable and the transition was easy. Ten out of ten would recommend :)
