Rahab Mbugua is Dual Board-Certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Liberty University. She fosters a safe environment and an easy-going communication style that makes it easy for patients to express themselves. She believes the patient is an expert on his/her health and the goal is to work with the patient to navigate the mental health difficulties in his/her life. Her approach to mental health involves various therapy modalities, medication management, or both.
