See what our patients are saying about Hannah Gachihi

I found PNP Gachihi after an extensive and thorough search of potential psychiatric practitioners to help my daughter with medication management. My own professional background means I have a large network of colleagues/friends who are healthcare providers. Despite this privilege, it was extremely challenging to find help given such a shortage of skilled mental health providers. After starting treatment with PNP Gachihi, my daughter's medications were adjusted, and the results were absolutely amazing. Further, PNP Gachihi has not pushed meds as a primary treatment. Rather she takes an empirically-validated approach of recommending talk-therapy be combined with medication for the best outcomes. My daughter who has been coping with depression and crippling anxiety for quite some time is now experiencing relief. Importantly, she has expressed to me that she trusts PNP Gachihi, and feels seen and heard. After seeing my daughter suffer for so long, that comment brought tears of gratitude to my eyes. Thank you Hannah Gachihi!

I wish I could give Hannah the 20 billion stars she truly deserves, but since 5 is top I guess that's acceptable. I am 50 years old and just starting this journey and was extremely nervous to say the least. Hannah has a way of making things seem not so big and scary. She is knowledgeable about medications and helped me immensely in this area as well. If Hannah were to practice her profession somewhere else, you can bet I will follow her for my treatment. Not in a strange way lol that sounded a little off but she is the best.

Beyond grateful for everything Hannah does. Without her perspective I wouldn’t be able to feel more comfortable and happy about myself and with who I am. She really does advocate for her patients and I’m very grateful for her support
