The Lifestance providers have been a blessing in my grief journey. It has been under a year since I lost my daughter, and I am certain that if it wasn’t for Heather Mendoza, MSN, PMHNP, I would not be able to function in my day-to day-life, or go to work. My weekly counseling sessions with Anne Lornson, LPC, have been the reason I can put one foot in front of the other. I am very thankful my PCP referred me to Lifestance.

I truly enjoyed my experience with Heather’s care. I was initially hesitant about starting treatment, thinking it might be a long and complicated process, but she made everything simple, quick, and smooth. She has a wonderful bedside manner, always taking the time to answer my questions during our follow-ups and through the platform. I wholeheartedly recommend choosing her. You won’t be disappointed!

My experience with Heather was phenomenal. She has alot patience, and caring. She actually listened and respected my boundaries. She explained everything that she was doing before doing it, and treated me like a person. Im so happy to have her in my life as I begin to try and pull my life back together again.

This was our first visit, and it was amazing how easily she was able to re-direct to be on subject. Her ability to listen and really understand what someone is saying through all the goobly gop that tends to come out of mania is fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for the right fit.
