Heather Mendoza is an amazing practitioner! I started seeing her 7 months ago for my severe anxiety and depression. She listens to my concerns and is very compassionate and sympathetic to my issues. It doesn’t matter what I bring up with her, she is always willing to discuss it with me and shows me the highest level of care. She listens well and always gives the best possible options for my treatment. Her bedside manner is absolutely the best! She is so good, I’ve recommended her to friends that are suffering through some of the same issues I am. Take it from me, if you are looking for an educated, sympathetic and solution oriented practitioner, make an appointment with her now! You won’t regret it! I can’t sing her praises loud enough, she is just absolutely the best!

Heather has been amazing. Our follow-up appointments aren’t super long and because I’m able to do telehealth, I’m able to schedule during breaks I might have during the day. She’s super attentive and was the first person to actually listen to my symptoms and diagnose me. I’d been to a psychiatrist who suggested I “just had a motivation problem” when it was so much more than that. I am so thankful for Heather. Accommodating me while I was transitioning between jobs/insurance was a life saver as well.

The Lifestance providers have been a blessing in my grief journey. It has been under a year since I lost my daughter, and I am certain that if it wasn’t for Heather Mendoza, MSN, PMHNP, I would not be able to function in my day-to day-life, or go to work. My weekly counseling sessions with Anne Lornson, LPC, have been the reason I can put one foot in front of the other. I am very thankful my PCP referred me to Lifestance.

I truly enjoyed my experience with Heather’s care. I was initially hesitant about starting treatment, thinking it might be a long and complicated process, but she made everything simple, quick, and smooth. She has a wonderful bedside manner, always taking the time to answer my questions during our follow-ups and through the platform. I wholeheartedly recommend choosing her. You won’t be disappointed!

My experience with Heather was phenomenal. She has alot patience, and caring. She actually listened and respected my boundaries. She explained everything that she was doing before doing it, and treated me like a person. Im so happy to have her in my life as I begin to try and pull my life back together again.
