Okay so listen yall... I have complex ( Management of medications, controlled subs) And hard to treat Panic and anxiety disorder as well as ADHD I'm 36. I've went through so many physicians and specialists who will not treat me with a plan of care that is particularly dedicated to me specifically! MONA JIMENEZ (NP) Is the best specialist i've ever seen! She SPENT Plenty of time with me making me feel heard, IMPORTANT, Validated and VALUED! She didn't undermine anything that I said she listened to me and how I feel and listen to my own body. Mona is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly attentive provider who takes the time to listen and understand her patients on a deeper level. From the very first appointment, I felt seen, heard, and supported. I have been seeing Mona Jimenez at LifeStance Health for about 1.5 years. The care that is given to me us truly amazing. Mona listens to my concerns and allows me to be apart of the decisions made in the care that I am receiving. I've only had psychiatrist tell me what I need to do. The Zoom meeting for s virtual appointment was interesting as I've never used Zoom and didn't know I needed it. Once I got the app downloaded ( the provider waited very patiently while I downloaded the app then helped me set it up!). The provider asked many questions in order to understand me and my situation. I'm very picky about providers, but I really liked the professionalism, the kindness, and compassion of this provider!

Third time visit with same provider M. Jimenez. Clear, concise, and that's why I have been a repeat patient. Can't stand providers who are NOT CLEAR and COME up with unexpected surprises.
