Annette Bale is an experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner serving children and young adults across Wisconsin. Specializing in medication management. Annette can see clients virtually if they are able to meet the following requirements: The client must be in Wisconsin for all virtual visits. The client must be able to have vital signs done every 4 months, and labs done as determined by the medication prescribed for the client, also any client on a controlled substance must be seen in-person yearly. Outside of her practice, Annette enjoys staying active. She loves swimming, biking, hiking, and gardening. Traveling is another passion, and she finds joy in exploring new places. As a mother of two grown children, she understands the importance of balance and brings this perspective to her work with young patients and their families.
