About Jacqueline Hambrick (She/Her)

Jacqueline Hambrick is a psychologist at LifeStance Health who helps adults and seniors across Colorado navigate emotional challenges, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier patterns that support lasting well-being. She provides individual and group therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, creating a caring environment grounded in clinical expertise and each patient’s personal goals. Jacqueline has a particular interest in leading therapy groups, especially mindfulness-focused groups. She values helping patients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while learning practical ways to respond to stress with intention. Her mindfulness work can complement evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and CBT for Insomnia. Her broader clinical work includes support for grief, alcohol and drug use concerns, sleep disorders and insomnia, and other mental health needs. Jacqueline also offers psychological testing. By tailoring treatment to the individual, she works to help patients better understand their challenges and develop skills they can carry into everyday life. Jacqueline completed her education at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota Duluth. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys hiking, photography, spending time with family and friends, and being with her pets.
