Jordan Collins, PhD, helps adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors across Illinois navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and practical tools for lasting change. Practicing at LifeStance Health, he provides individualized mental health care grounded in evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Whether supporting a middle school student struggling with school avoidance, a teen managing intense emotions, or an adult facing major life transitions, Dr. Collins creates a structured yet compassionate space where growth feels achievable. He is especially passionate about working with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, and depression. Dr. Collins understands how these concerns can impact academic performance, relationships, work productivity, and self-esteem. Through thoughtful assessment and personalized treatment planning, he helps patients strengthen focus, regulate emotions, and build coping strategies that translate into real-world success. His approach is collaborative, empowering patients to better understand their patterns while developing sustainable skills for long-term wellness. Dr. Collins offers individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy, as well as psychological testing services to support diagnostic clarity and treatment direction. He integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address concerns such as trauma, bipolar disorder, grief, and childhood behavior issues, among others. He also has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and military veterans. As a provisionally licensed clinician who began practicing in 2023, Dr. Collins brings both current clinical training and a grounded, steady presence to his work. He values authenticity and believes meaningful therapeutic progress happens within a trusting relationship. Outside of the therapy room, he enjoys running, working out, keeping up with reality TV, listening to podcasts, and reading.

Jordan Collins provides services with supervision.
