About Sheree Beane (She/Her)

Sheree Beane, PsyD, helps adults in Massachusetts navigate life’s challenges with compassion, evidence-based strategies, and a strong commitment to their well-being. She provides individual therapy and substance use support, offering patients a safe and collaborative space to explore concerns and develop skills that promote resilience, healing, and personal growth. Sheree works with adults across a wide age range, including young adults, those in midlife, and individuals navigating later stages of adulthood. Her clinical focus includes treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as well as supporting individuals struggling with substance use. Sheree is also experienced in working with patients facing trauma and PTSD, and she integrates approaches that empower patients to find healthier ways to cope with stress and emotional pain. With training in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, she adapts her methods to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. Sheree has particular expertise in supporting populations such as first responders, LGBTQ+ individuals, and military veterans. She understands the layered challenges these communities may face and is passionate about providing affirming, effective care. Her work is grounded in both clinical knowledge and genuine empathy, ensuring patients feel heard and supported as they move forward in their journeys. Outside of her clinical practice, Sheree enjoys horseback riding, spending time with her beloved dog, and reading—a balance that keeps her grounded and recharged.
