Carolyn Bradley helps children, adolescents, teens, and young adults across Massachusetts build practical skills to manage anxiety, ADHD, and depression so they can feel more confident at school, at home, and in their relationships. As a provisionally licensed clinician at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy grounded in evidence-based mental health treatment for ages 6 through 26. Her approach is collaborative, structured, and compassionate, helping patients and families throughout MA navigate emotional and behavioral challenges with clarity and direction. Carolyn specializes in ADHD, anxiety disorders, and childhood behavior issues, with additional experience supporting depression, grief, trauma, OCD, sleep disorders, and school avoidance. She understands how academic stress, peer relationships, and family dynamics can intensify symptoms, and she works closely with patients to strengthen coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience. When helpful, she integrates parent guidance to reinforce progress outside of sessions. Her clinical work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also incorporates exposure-based strategies, CBT for Insomnia, mindfulness practices, and practical parenting skills to address sleep disruption, avoidance behaviors, and emotional dysregulation. Carolyn’s style balances warmth with structure, ensuring that each treatment plan is individualized, goal-oriented, and rooted in proven psychological interventions. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2018, Carolyn has been dedicated to supporting youth and young adults through developmental transitions, academic pressures, and complex mental health concerns. She is especially attuned to helping young people gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors while building tools they can use long after therapy ends. Outside of her professional work, Carolyn enjoys traveling to new places, exploring beaches and mountains, trying new foods and cooking, practicing meditation, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog. She is proud to serve children, teens, and young adults throughout Massachusetts with high-quality outpatient therapy at LifeStance Health.

Carolyn Bradley provides services with supervision.
