Tatiana Frangoglu helps adults across Massachusetts navigate life’s challenges with compassion, evidence-based care, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique story. She works with patients ages 18 through 64, providing support for those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex mental health concerns. Her approach is grounded in collaboration and empowerment, ensuring that patients feel supported while learning the tools to build resilience and improve their overall well-being. Tatiana specializes in treating severe mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and treatment-resistant depression. She is also highly experienced in supporting individuals coping with life transitions, grief, and post-partum depression and anxiety. For many, therapy with Tatiana offers not only relief from symptoms but also a safe space to process challenges, strengthen coping strategies, and create meaningful change. She is particularly passionate about working with individuals facing severe and persistent mental illnesses. Tatiana understands the profound impact that these conditions can have on daily functioning, relationships, and self-identity. Through evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she helps patients develop practical skills to manage symptoms and reclaim a sense of purpose and hope. She also provides psychological testing, offering valuable insights to guide accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Tatiana welcomes patients from diverse backgrounds and has extensive experience working with first responders, military and veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. She is bilingual in Spanish, allowing her to provide culturally responsive care and remove language barriers that can prevent individuals from seeking the support they need. Outside of her clinical work, Tatiana enjoys creating new memories with loved ones, exploring pop culture, attending live music events, traveling, watching films and TV, studying history, and playing board games and trivia. These passions help her connect authentically with patients while maintaining balance in her own life.
