Brooke Marton, PsyD, at LifeStance Health in Pennsylvania, provides compassionate and individualized therapy for children, teens, and adults. She creates a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Brooke works collaboratively with each person to identify goals, build coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, or complex trauma, she meets every client where they are in their journey to healing. Brooke is especially passionate about working with individuals navigating gender identity and those living with autism spectrum disorders. She is committed to fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment where neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ clients feel affirmed, seen, and safe. Her approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, recognizing the unique experiences of each client while offering evidence-based care. Her clinical expertise includes the treatment of anxiety, PTSD/trauma, and depression. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Therapy, Brooke helps clients manage distressing thoughts and emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build resilience. Outside of her professional work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved cats. She is an avid weightlifter, video game enthusiast, and enjoys listening to music and podcasts to unwind and recharge.
