Rachel Ottman, Post-Doctoral Fellow, has been practicing since 2025. She has a BA in Psychology from The College of New Jersey, an MA in Clinical Psychology from Widener University, and a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Widener University. She has four years of experience working with individuals and families in community health, school-based, psychiatric inpatient, and medical settings. Rachel is board-certified in biofeedback, an evidence-based technique designed to help individuals learn how to better self-regulate and understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact their physiology. Rachel has a special interest in health psychology, where she enjoys supporting individuals who are coping with medical conditions. Rachel also enjoys working with children and adults who are seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, grief, childhood behavioral issues, sleep issues, and chronic pain. Her approach includes several therapeutic modalities depending on the individual needs of her clients (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Pain, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). Rachel often consults with parents, schools, and healthcare professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to treatment. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and her boyfriend, attending concerts, going for walks, and reading about medical topics. She also prioritizes her faith and spiritual growth.

Rachel Ottman provides services with supervision.
