Helping adults across Massachusetts build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, Leonard Leroy Hall provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care at LifeStance Health. Through individual therapy, group therapy, and psychological assessment services, he works collaboratively with young adults and adults to better understand their experiences, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies for lasting growth. Leonard believes that a strong therapeutic relationship serves as the foundation for positive change and creates a supportive environment where clients can feel understood and empowered.

Leonard is particularly passionate about helping individuals who are navigating ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and substance use challenges. He understands that these difficulties often affect multiple areas of life, including relationships, work performance, physical health, and self-esteem. His approach emphasizes personalized care that recognizes both the challenges clients face and the strengths they bring to the healing process. By integrating evidence-based interventions and fostering self-awareness, he helps clients work toward greater stability and improved quality of life.

In addition to his focus on ADHD, PTSD/trauma, and alcohol and drug use concerns, Leonard provides support for anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain management, and sleep-related difficulties. He incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches into treatment, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. Leonard also provides Psychological Testing and Neuropsychological Testing and has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including military veterans, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals with autism spectrum disorders or developmental disabilities. He offers support for additional mental health concerns beyond these specialty areas.

Since beginning his clinical practice in 2022, Leonard has been committed to helping clients develop practical skills that support long-term emotional health and personal growth. His diverse educational background has provided him with a broad perspective on human behavior, problem-solving, and resilience. He approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect for each client’s individual journey.

Outside of his clinical work, Leonard enjoys skiing, snowboarding, SCUBA diving, underwater photography, cooking, and baking. These interests reflect his appreciation for adventure, creativity, and lifelong learning, which contribute to his balanced and thoughtful approach to life and clinical practice.

Leonard is proud to serve adults throughout Massachusetts, providing therapy, psychological testing, and neuropsychological testing for ADHD, trauma, substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. He is dedicated to helping clients gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.
