About Maranda Jean Williams (She/Her)

Helping children, adolescents, teens, and young adults throughout Massachusetts better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and overcome challenges that may be affecting daily life, Maranda Jean Williams provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care at LifeStance Health. Through individual therapy and comprehensive psychological assessment services, she partners with patients and families to identify strengths, address concerns, and develop practical pathways toward growth and resilience. Maranda believes that meaningful therapeutic change begins with a trusting relationship built on empathy, collaboration, and respect.

Maranda is especially passionate about helping individuals manage anxiety, ADHD, and childhood behavioral concerns. She understands that difficulties with attention, emotional regulation, school performance, and stress can create challenges at home, in the classroom, and in relationships. By creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, she helps young people and their families gain insight into these concerns while developing effective strategies that promote confidence, emotional wellness, and long-term success.

In addition to her focus on anxiety, ADHD, and childhood behavioral issues, Maranda works with individuals experiencing depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), school avoidance, reproductive and postpartum mental health concerns, and stress-related difficulties. She incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques to meet each patient’s unique needs. Maranda also provides Psychological Testing and Neuropsychological Testing to help clarify diagnoses and support treatment planning. She has experience working with children and young adults in foster care and adoptive families, as well as individuals with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. She also provides support for additional emotional, developmental, and behavioral concerns.

Maranda is dedicated to helping patients and families gain a deeper understanding of their challenges while recognizing and building upon their strengths. Since beginning her clinical work in 2022, she has focused on providing individualized care that combines clinical expertise with compassion and practical problem-solving. She earned her education from Framingham State University and William James College.

Outside of her professional work, Maranda enjoys drawing, creating art, writing, listening to music, and spending time with animals. These creative interests reflect her appreciation for self-expression, curiosity, and the many ways people process and communicate their experiences.

Maranda is proud to serve children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and families across Massachusetts through therapy, psychological testing, and neuropsychological testing. Whether addressing anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, depression, or school-related concerns, she is committed to helping patients develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive.
