I’ve been a patient of Dr Primak for about 2 yrs now. I moved here to Placer County from the Bay Area and needed prescription management for my depression. Due to distance, I was fortunate to find a psychiatrist that offers video visits. I was referred to Lifestance by my PCP. From the very first call/visit, Dr Primak was able to put me at.ease to open up and share my struggles with depression. His compassionate and warm demeanor were very comforting allowing me to share my inner most personal struggles. Even though we only have our video visit’s approximately every 2- 1/2 to 3 months. I look forward to talking with him and hang up always feeling heard, understood, and most importantly… optimistic. I plan to start up regular more frequent visits with a therapist from Lifestance to help assist me with my challenges with depression. I highly recommend this extremely professional and warm staff! Dr Primak is WONDERFUL and I’m grateful to be.in his care.

I have been seeing Dr.Primak for about 10 years. He has always been professional and caring. In each of our visits he is engaged and truly interested in doing all that he can to help me feel better and to understand my experiences. Because of this I’ve made significant improvements and found a lot of relief. I appreciate Dr.Primak and all the work he has done with me very much. Thank you! The staff at Lifestance has also been professional, caring, and friendly even when they are at their busiest. I am very satisfied with the care I have received over the years and I look forward to many more.
