Dr. Lempa attended medical school in Las Vegas, Nevada (Touro University Nevada Osteopathic Medicine Program) and then migrated east to New Orleans for his Adult Psychiatric Residency (LSU-Ochsner Adult Psychiatry Residency Program). He trained with a diverse patient population and he is knowledgeable in neuroanatomy, neurochemistry, psychopharmacology and psychotherapy.
