Seeing all these 1-stars got me confused, because my experience with this organization is great. My psych, Juliano Innocenti, is the kindest and most passionate psych I know. He's very communicative and proactive. Besides having an eye for the right prescriptions needed pharmaceutically, he also gives thoughtful life advice I generally don't receive from my therapist. He's made a surprisingly great impact on my life, relative to the amount of time I've known him.

I love this service. I started using LifeStance during the pandemic and the clinician I found was amazing. I went through a lot with my health and my doctors followed up with her. I realize I got very lucky with my care team. I’ve also used their therapy services and that was great also. If I could give more that 5 stars I would.

Dr. Gracie was knowledgeable and very friendly and had a warm bedside manner. She was intelligent and offered great advice. Definitely will be looking forward to working with her in the future. I am a patient of life stance and have been for a while and have had nothing but great success with their company and doctors

I live in an area in California where it has become impossible to find therapist’s. LifeStance is an option I embrace to get talented professionals via video instead of missing out on healthcare. The company has been updating but if you have questions there is always a phone number to call.

Been seeing one of their therapists via televideo for a little over a month now and have had a good experience. No issues with their billing / insurance up to this point. Their cancellation fee is exorbitant, so that's something I hope I never encounter. Otherwise positive thus far.

Amazing place with such great help! Being able to message my psych directly speeds up the long process of getting and staying well so much! I don't know what I'd do without it. Making appointments is easy and I've never had any issues. Fantastic platform both online and in-person.
