The actual meeting of the Doc was good. Doc Ferguson. The format and the system was a little confusing. The video presentation was not available so luckily my Doctor opted to facetime. Our connection was not the greatest through wifi but being as though the doctor and i have a prior relationship working together, we were able to manage our discussion and our exchange of information via cell phone facetime worked. The in house operating system failed us both on many levels

Called life stance last week expecting be told I would get an appt weeks or months out they were able to accommodate me for the next week I was scheduled with Dr Michael Ferguson and I am so happy I was for the first time in a long time I truly felt seen and heard he did a thorough first appt and has created a treatment plan which I also did not expect to accomplish on the first appointment because of past experiences I am looking forward to treatment with Dr Ferguson

Thus far, I’ve enjoyed my tele-visits with my therapist, M. Ferguson, out of Ventura. He was able to help me out and give me some insight and prescribe some helpful medication… The downside has been dealing with Lifestance’s communication technology / digital voicemail / phone system which can be VERY non-user friendly. If they can figure that nuisance out, I’d bump ‘em up an extra star…

Seeing both Dr. Munoz and Dr. Ferguson. Both gave been very attentive to my issues. Saw Dr.Munoz virtually, the in house system did not work with the Firefox browser, but I was able to switch over to Edge and had no issues. Saw Dr Ferguson in person and had a great experience there as well.
