I wanted to do a review on this company because I like them better than grow therapy. with growth therapy, I went through many therapists. it was ridiculous on the amount of lack care they had with their therapist. I met my first counselor or therapist through here. I was actually amazed by how much she listened to me and understood what I was saying. I don't like Kaiser. I don't trust Kaiser. I've had them for over 20 years and I made no progress. this lady actually listened to what I was saying and said she understood. I felt like she was actually agreeing with what I was saying about my diagnosis. she was very shocked. it sounded like when I told her all the different diagnoses that Kaiser gave me. her reaction was that many. how could you have that many diagnosis?. I've had over six diagnosis through Kaiser of different things that it could be. I think it it may be even higher than that. she said she wanted to talk more in detail with me on our next visit. she just wanted to gather information now. when I told her all the medications I had been on and how they've never worked and finally they gave me the medication that I've been asking them to for the last 15 years. I told her how it was very strange within 3 weeks. I made so much progress that I wrote three pages of things that happened and that had changed for the better. she also found that interesting and said that we would go through everything. I've been telling Kaiser for the longest time that I have ADHD. they have named every other illness besides that. once I was put on my ADD medication all of a sudden I'm not sleeping all day for 16 hours. I'm finally focused and I'm not blowing through cash. when I actually had $600 in the bank after 3 weeks of being on the medication. my husband's reaction was how much money have you been spending? I can't believe you have that much saved up. I was also amazed. I want to know where I've been getting all that money from. I can't wait to work with this service. I can't wait to feel alive again and she made me feel that way. I told her I wanted to work on ADHD and getting me focused on life again. I told her I've wasted over 15 years of my life. now I'm 55. I only feel like I have 12 more years to put my life together. she told me it wouldn't take that long. I also decided after dealing with her that I'm going to make Kaiser have them be my new psychiatrist also. I feel safe with them. I feel like progress will be made. I had to tell Kaiser I was going to start getting it through online service to get the meds that I need. if I had to do that I wouldn't need any of their services anymore. then they finally gave in and gave me my meds that I've been asking for. if you are dealing with Kaiser for mental health. request another hospital get rid of that insurance. run as fast as you can if you want to get better. when I talk to other people that deal with Kaiser their employees I found out they get services for other places. if that doesn't tell you something, I don't know what will.

Received psychiatric treatment and was met with kindness, patience, and understanding. When I was experiencing anxiety while talking about trauma, my psych was attentive and patient, letting me work through it until I could continue with the appointment. She listened to me thoroughly and without judgement. Highly recommend

I was able to find a therapist and book an appointment 2 days after I started the search. I found her very friendly and attentive. And even though it was the first session, I can't wait for my second session.

The app is s little difficult to set-up. I did it then it said I didn't and I was unable to bill out of forms that were required before my session. But other than that, it was very easy to use.
